In Short

• Support and maintain Jama Connect
• Develop, improve, and maintain customizations for tools
• Manage accounts, user access, groups, projects, permissions, and templates
• Administer Medini license manager and configure Structure Manager
• Work with ReqIF requirements interchange
• Support the implementation of a future PLM system
• Translate business requirements into PLM/ALM solutions
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for tool updates
• Lead and support change management initiatives
• Provide global user training on standardized tools

Requirements

• Diploma/certificate in Information Technology or a related field and 10+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting IT applications
• Experience with middleware platforms and Atlassian tools is a plus
• Familiarity with application development and ITIL frameworks is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to business users
• A passion for customer service and technology
