The Indiana University Foundation (IUF) is seeking a passionate and data-driven leader for the Assistant Director position in Crimson Data Quality, aimed at enhancing advancement data practices to support fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM systems or data integrity.
• Experience with Blackbaud CRM preferred.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Experience in navigating change within teams.
• Deep understanding of data's role in fundraising.
