• Understand project specifications and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Create and maintain test documentation including plans, suites, and cases.
• Conduct manual functional and non-functional testing to find potential issues.
• Manage and monitor defects for timely resolutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements in testing.
• Collaborate with development, design, and product teams in an Agile manner.
• 3+ years of manual QA testing experience in software or digital products.
• Proficiency in REST API and GraphQL testing tools.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Experience in UI and web application testing.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of test design and SDLC principles.
• Familiarity with test and defect management tools like Jira.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Exposure to CI/CD environments and cloud platforms.
• Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.
