QA Engineer (Manual) - Remote

Overview

Join InPost Group's Tech team as a QA Engineer. We are looking for an accountable and proactive person to ensure the highest quality of our software. You will play a crucial role in our product development lifecycle, ensuring our apps meet high standards for functionality, usability, and performance.

In Short

• Analyze product requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute test cases, document test results, and report defects using bug tracking tools.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and edge cases.
• Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular updates on testing progress.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product and provide feedback to the product team.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the testing process.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Experience with various testing types (functional, usability, performance, etc.).
• Proficiency in bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proactiveness and sense of ownership.
• Fluent communication in Polish and English (min. B2).
