Vice President, Corporate Development - Remote

Overview

Included Health is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Vice President, Corporate Development to lead inorganic growth initiatives. You will be a key architect and driver of our buy/build/partner strategy by sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing transactions that align with our strategic goals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in corporate development, preferably in healthcare tech.
• Proven end-to-end deal experience, including sourcing and execution.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and transaction structuring.
• Ability to influence at the executive level and lead complex processes.
• Experience in investment banking or strategy consulting is a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to run processes proactively.
• Gravitas to represent the company externally.
• Passion for healthcare technology and innovation.
• MBA strongly preferred.
