Clinical Effectiveness Research Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Effectiveness Research Analyst supports healthcare data analyses that track key operational success measures and identifies opportunities to improve or iterate clinical services, with the goal of enhancing quality, outcomes, and costs. You will ensure data accuracy and quality by performing data validation and building metrics. You will also support quality improvement programs through data manipulation and analysis and present clear, relevant findings to clinical partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex healthcare datasets.
• Familiarity with Python (or R) for statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with natural language processing for EHR text analysis.
• Certification in healthcare data science or informatics preferred.
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
