Brand Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing complex, multi-layered client accounts that include multiple SOWs, workstreams, and deliverables. Unlike a traditional Project Manager, this role operates at a higher level — managing the full scope of an account, ensuring all SOWs are delivered on time and on budget, and sourcing external partners when client needs go beyond inBeat’s core capabilities. Program Managers may eventually oversee one or more Project Managers while focusing on overall program health, coordination, and strategic execution.

• Source and manage third-party vendors or partners as needed
• Align all scopes with client business objectives and delivery milestones
• Anticipate scope changes or expansion opportunities based on client needs
• Support Project Managers in execution, blockers, and alignment
• Own communication of program-level progress, risks, budget status, and wins to internal leadership
• Deliver program-wide delivery plans and timelines
