• Seeking a seasoned Customer Success Project Manager.
• Manage large enterprise customers in the pharmaceutical or clinical trial domain.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery and client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Design and implement tailored project plans for clinical trials.
• Lead cross-functional coordination among stakeholders.
• Develop strategic relationships with pharmaceutical clients.
• Monitor and manage client satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with Sales during the pre-award phase.
• Refine project management processes for scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of client-facing experience.
• At least 2 years managing large enterprise accounts.
• Ability to build and nurture strategic relationships.
• Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with clinical trials or healthcare technologies preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
