Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years in Product Engineering teams.
• 3+ years leading architecture and design of systems.
• 3+ years developing financial platforms, preferably with ledger technology.
• Experience in delivering mission-critical software systems.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
