In Short

You will be the first one of a team that will build an AI Engine for Property Management.
The AI Engine will fulfil the tasks of a Virtual Accountant for Property Management.
You will be designing, planning, implementing, and delivering new features and workflows.
Drive technical direction in quality aspects of the product.
Collaborate with Developers and POs to ensure continuous delivery of a high-quality product.
Work on R&D topics that require ingenious solutions.
Integrate new modules to speed up operations.
Fullstack development experience is required.
Good communication skills are essential.
Passion for creating performant and reusable software components.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge in AI, focusing on Machine Learning and Natural Language Understanding.
8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Experience leading technical direction.
Fullstack development experience.
Designing APIs and writing structured documentation.
Comfortable with CI/CD systems.
Good communication skills with both POs and Developers.
Proven impact on product with complex workflows.
Fluent in English (C1).
Experience with Containers (Docker) and AWS is a plus.
