Overview

The Head of Growth will lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts targeting healthcare professionals, driving scalable strategies for expansion.

In Short

  • Own the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
  • Define and execute marketing experiments with a strong A/B testing cadence
  • Identify scalable user acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain KPIs around CAC, LTV, retention, and activation rates
  • Build go-to-market strategies specifically targeting healthcare professionals
  • Create incentive programs and onboarding flows that resonate with doctors
  • Work closely with product to optimize onboarding and feature adoption
  • Collaborate with sales/commercial teams for user segmentation
  • Build dashboards to measure and optimize growth initiatives
  • 5–10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product roles

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing products in healthcare or pharma
  • Deep understanding of acquisition tactics for medical professionals
  • Experience running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
  • Comfortable with marketing and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape around pharma marketing
  • Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
