Overview

The Device Specialist II works remotely as part of the Center of Excellence Support Team, providing support and guidance to patients using health monitoring software and devices.

In Short

  • Work remotely as part of a support team.

  • Maintain knowledge of tools to diagnose software issues.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Five9 is a plus.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Experience in technical support and customer education.
  • Strong customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented communication skills.
  • Ability to build processes and establish new procedures.
  • Experience using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot autonomously.
  • Flexible and resilient in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
