In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing email communication and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining files, support document preparation, and help with general data collection and analysis when needed.
• Monitor project timelines, coordinate communication between teams, and assist in tracking project milestones and progress.
• Assist with additional tasks as necessary, depending on the evolving needs of the department.
• Currently a student (preferably in the final year) or recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and effective time management.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
