Immutable is on a mission to build the future of Web3 gaming, seeking a commercial leader to own the end-to-end customer experience and run the American business.

In Short

• Own and grow the Americas market P&L, including upsell, cross-sell, and retention targets.
• Deliver seamless execution of Immutable’s growth products.
• Identify future game studio needs and iterate product accordingly.
• Act as the primary relationship owner for American games.
• Collaborate with technical, gaming, and growth teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing executive-level relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Background in management consulting or investment banking.
• Proven ability to sell and iterate on early-stage products.
• Deep empathy for developers and experience building solutions.
• Demonstrated success in influencing product enhancements.
• A passion for gaming and curiosity about Web3.
