In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO).
• Manage overall coordination and execution of DTMO’s Travel Assistance Center (TAC).
• Oversee operations and implement strategic improvements.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients.
• Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients.
• Lead aspects of proposal development and pricing strategies.
• Ensure all TAC services meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate and participate in conferences and quarterly reviews.
• Manage risk and resolve escalated issues with Government stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between Immersion and Government Personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of PM experience overseeing government contracts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; experience may substitute education.
• Familiarity with DoD travel systems, policies, and regulations.
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-tiered customer service operations.
• Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) and related programs.
