ImagineX is looking for a visionary Data Engineering & AI/ML Practice Lead to drive strategic and technical excellence while championing our culture of collaboration and innovation. • While this is a full-time role 100% remote position, we highly value in-person collaboration and prefer candidates based in Atlanta who can connect with clients and senior leadership when needed. However, this is not a must have requirement.

Requirements

• 15+ years in software development, with a strong background in consulting or professional services.
• A leader who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment and can champion our company values.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analysis, architecture, design, and development of cloud Data and AI and technology solutions, including process redesign, change management, and strategic alignment.
• Expertise in Data and AI/ML engineering, data science, and analytics consulting, with comprehensive knowledge across Data and AI disciplines.
• Skilled in team development, performance management, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
• Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives while driving process innovation and change management.
