Billing Accountant - Remote

Overview

This role involves assisting in the preparation of billing documents and invoices, supporting accounts payable, payroll, and financial close functions.

In Short

• Assist in the preparation of billing supporting documents and invoices
• Ensure all billing schedules are completed promptly
• Monitor and update records for billing preparation
• Coordinate with U.S. Head office for billing concerns
• Prepare reports as necessary
• Support accounts payable, payroll, and financial close functions
• Reports to both US Team and Philippines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Management Accounting; CPA Preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting
• Exposure to US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, Sage Intacct)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel)
