Business Analyst for CRM Salesforce Project - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst at Imagemaker, you will be involved in analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements for our CRM Salesforce project with a key client in Central America, facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team.

In Short

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in coordination with the Product Owner.
• Design and manage user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in agile management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to align expectations and define viable solutions.
• Support the identification of business processes that can be optimized through technology.
• Collaborate with development, UX/UI, QA, and other teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
• Validate delivered functionality against defined requirements and coordinate acceptance testing with key users.
• Analyze data and generate reports to measure the impact of implemented solutions.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation of the product.
• Identify risks and dependencies within the project, supporting backlog management.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Grooming, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Administration, Business, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology, digital product, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are advantageous.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Technical skills in process modeling (BPMN, UML).
• Ability to define and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in data analysis and use of tools like SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
