Digital Marketing Manager - Japan - Remote

Overview

This role will be responsible for all aspects of marketing which can help increase overall brand awareness in Japan, improve retention rate while continuously acquiring net new customers in the region. This role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities crucial for driving successful digital marketing initiatives.

In Short

• Develop paid media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Oversee end-to-end success of creative and new campaign launches.
• Manage the local creative agency and own relationships with media and PR agencies.
• Report daily, weekly results and analyze reports for actionable growth tactics.
• Lead Influencer marketing in the region to reach a wider audience.
• Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets across various channels.
• Coordinate and lead PR & Events for the local market.
• Work with the central CRM team to optimize the rewards program.
• Research partner's sites for accuracy and delivery of content.
• Support Japan team in defining commercial strategies and trade marketing calendar.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent in Japanese and business level English.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
• Passion for digital marketing and performance-based results.
