Quantitative Trading Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Quantitative Trading Analyst will contribute to the development of new trading strategies and forecasting in the power trading team at Ignitis, a company focused on creating a sustainable energy ecosystem.

In Short

• Develop new quantitative trading strategies
• Build and validate statistical models for forecasting
• Support data extraction and transformation tasks
• Assist with quantitative analysis projects
• Prepare power trading reports and reporting tools

Requirements

• University degree in a related field (Econometrics, Statistics, etc.)
• Experience with Python, SQL, C#, or Julia
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Git and Apache Airflow is a plus
• Understanding of statistical modeling methods is advantageous
