In Short

• Develop and maintain Nim tooling and core libraries.
• Contribute to the Nimble package manager and Nim language server.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve Nim-related issues.
• Enhance developer tooling and the Nim ecosystem.
• Monitor and address bugs in IFT projects.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and the Nim community.
• Proficiency in Nim and experience with C, C++, or Rust.
• Strong debugging and testing skills.

• Experience with open-source development is a plus.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Nim programming language.
• Experience with C, C++, Rust, or similar.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with parsing, lexing, and semantic analysis.
• Familiarity with Nim’s standard library and ecosystem.
• Experience with package managers or developer tooling.
• Understanding of language server protocols.
• Proficiency in Git.
• Strong debugging and testing skills.
• Effective communication skills.
