• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement improvements in the delivery person's experience, ensuring a smoother and more advantageous journey.
• Work closely with areas such as PM, PD, Data, and development to ensure the integration of proposed solutions.
• Conduct tests and performance analysis, ensuring the satisfaction of the delivery person and the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Create value propositions focused on innovative logistical solutions, using artificial intelligence to enhance user experience.
• Solid knowledge in UX for business and services, as well as UI.
• Experience in result testing and performance analysis.
• Skill in innovation and growth, focusing on solutions that add value to the delivery person.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to form alliances and work in a team.
