• Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes
• Lead architecture and design of new IAM solutions
• Lead capacity planning and architecture design discussions
• Conduct IAM technology assessments and health checks
• Communicate IAM program strategy to executive management
• Installation, integration, configuration, and deployment of IAM solutions
• Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions
• Provide knowledge transfer and training
• Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions
• Stay current on IAM trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with IAM implementation/architecture
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
• CISSP certification is a plus
• Knowledge of IAM components: Identity Governance, Access Management, SSO
• Experience in Java, C#, or similar programming languages
