Dragonfli Group seeks a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and strong Java programming skills to join our dynamic team. As an IAM Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise IAM infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities and access privileges across our organization.

In Short

  • Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet IAM requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements.
  • Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows and components.
  • Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems and applications.
  • Implement and maintain access control policies and RBAC.
  • Collaborate with development teams for integration with Java applications.
  • Conduct integration testing for IAM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM system issues.
  • Stay current with IAM best practices and emerging trends.
  • Document IAM solution designs and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in IAM, Java development, and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Expertise in Java programming language.
  • Proven experience in integration testing.
  • Valid certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ is nice-to-have.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts and protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
