In Short

• Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies and standards for compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits.
• Stay current with IAM and cybersecurity trends.
• Provide guidance on IAM-related matters.
• Evaluate and select IAM tools and technologies.
• Lead IAM implementation projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM topics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• Experience leading a Saviynt Implementation.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM preferred.
