In Short

• Act as a key link for the marketing and sales team.
• Ensure that leads are efficiently transitioned into the sales process.
• Develop strategies for marketing and acquisition.
• Utilize creativity to craft targeted messages.
• Analyze and optimize marketing channels and campaigns.
• Enhance HubSpot CRM automation infrastructure.
• Manage lead qualification through email marketing sequences.
• Create marketing materials and initiatives for sales partners.
• Drive performance analysis and data-based decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2 level or native).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Degree or training in business, media, or marketing.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Experience in remote-first or hybrid teams is a plus.
• Broad understanding of marketing channels.
• Solid grasp of B2B lead generation.
• Experience with email marketing and automation.
• Familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
• Experience in content creation and social media marketing.
