Overview

The Senior CSfC Systems Engineer will support customers remotely and at their premises, focusing on the deployment and operation of networking and networking security products.

In Short

Deploy and support CSfC Data Center Networks.
Analyze and resolve complex networking issues.
Travel up to 75% for customer site engagements.
Work with OEM vendors and customer teams.
Develop architecture and design documents.
Create implementation guides and deployment plans.
Perform software and hardware defect analysis.
Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment plans.
Document technical standards and governance processes.
Support DoD and Intelligence Community projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
10+ years of related experience.
Expertise in VMware and virtualization technologies.
Experience with Ethernet switching and TCP/UDP protocols.
Familiarity with data center architectures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with technical documentation.
Experience with CSfC or related technologies.
Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
