Executive Director, Product Development - Remote

Overview

The Executive Director will lead all product development responsibilities for the Archon platform, focusing on secure communications solutions deployed across the DoD and Intelligence Community.

Requirements

• 10+ years in secure communications or tactical networking.
• Proven leadership in CSfC or NSA-accredited solutions.
• Deep knowledge of IPsec and firewall architecture.
• Familiarity with major infrastructure OEMs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the DoD acquisition lifecycle.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with bandwidth-limited environments is a plus.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility is a plus.
