Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Minimum 3-4 years sales experience in the CRO industry.
  • Minimum 6 years sales experience in total.
  • Thorough understanding of the clinical development process.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
