Substation P&C Designer - Remote

Overview

ICF is seeking a Substation P&C Designer to work on the design of relay and protection and control projects on high voltage substations. This role involves collaboration with the Electrical Project Lead and aims to improve engineering services for clients.

• Design and prepare Protection and Control Drawings for substations.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or High School Diploma.
• 1+ years of detailed wiring design experience.
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
• Understanding of AC/DC control diagrams.
• Ability to assist lead engineers with design requirements.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of industry standards like NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI.
• Familiarity with design techniques and technical plans.
