Salesforce Architect / Release Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join a Salesforce Center of Excellence as a senior technical advisor, platform technical lead, and deployment specialist, focusing on enabling agency mission and business transformation for Federal agencies.

In Short

• Lead the Architectural Review Board for technical architecture designs.
• Execute Change and Release Management using DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Assist clients in a pre-sales capacity by mapping functional requirements to Salesforce capabilities.
• Provide guidance on master data management and security.
• Manage source code and repositories for Salesforce applications.
• Mentor junior resources and provide leadership.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Work with enterprise architecture teams to define technical guidelines.
• Support the client in maximizing their Salesforce investment.
• Must reside in the U.S. and work during Eastern Time business hours.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development and system design experience.
• 5+ years as the lead Architect on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations and development.
• 3+ years of Release Management experience.
• 2+ years experience with OmniStudio and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• 1+ years experience supporting U.S. Federal or State customers.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
