Aquiva Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in Loyalty Cloud to lead loyalty program implementations and optimize processes for customer engagement and business growth.

• Design & Implement Loyalty Solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
• Define System Architecture and optimize processes.
• Manage Loyalty Program Configuration including tier structures and workflows.
• Enhance system efficiency through Process Automation & Customization.
• Lead Discovery & Stakeholder Alignment workshops.
• Ensure Best Practices & Innovation in Salesforce solutions.
• Up to 50% travel required to Bethesda, MD.

Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality industry and loyalty program execution.
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Ability to define system architecture and identify gaps.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in documenting business processes and system designs.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and define business requirements.
• Good to have: Loyalty Management Accredited Professional.
• Good to have: Certified Application and System Architect.
• Good to have: Experience with Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products.
