Vice President of Platform Operations - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking an experienced Vice President who wants to support the way alternative products are delivered to clients. In this role on the Platform Operations team, this individual will oversee the delivery of technical and operational requirements for our alternative investments business.

In Short

• Lead a team executing day-to-day platform operations for the alternative investment business.
• Drive efficiency and scalability within the business-as-usual (BAU) Operations team.
• Manage a dedicated book of alternative investment clients.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables for recurring business activities.
• Manage issues, escalation, and stakeholder management.
• Implement and maintain best practices for documentation and process transparency.
• Work cross-departmentally with several internal teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a related industry with 3+ in platform operations.
• Experience with high growth company is preferred.
• Proven experience managing a small operations-oriented team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership over established processes.
• Excellent client-facing skills and communication style.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $140,000 to $180,000.
