Overview

iCapital is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Platform Technology Support team, focusing on the migration of technologies and providing technical service support to clients.

In Short

  • Facilitate migration of data and users to iCapital Insight.
  • Respond to inbound technical service queries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for complex issues.
  • Support training and engagement data for financial professionals.
  • Document and update processes related to migration efforts.
  • Permission users to support new fund launches.
  • Assist with creation of processes for technical issues.
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years in a client technical support role.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with partners.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools.
  • Attention to detail for analyzing and rectifying issues.
  • Experience managing data integrations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with alternative investments preferred.
