Analyst/Associate - Annuities Team - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst or Associate to join the iCapital Solutions department. This role will support the Annuities team and assist with the management, development, and maintenance of the Annuities eco-system on the platform for clients.

In Short

• Support the development and execution of the company’s strategy for the Annuities business line.
• Develop relationships with carrier partners to enhance the product category.
• Manage client expectations by resolving issues.
• Maintain data accuracy across Annuity features.
• Coordinate with third-party partners for platform operations.
• Provide analytical support and take ownership of projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop presentations with data analysis for internal meetings.
• Drive process improvements leveraging technology.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure platform efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in trading, business development, or relationship management.
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented and able to solve problems independently.
• Knowledge of financial products, specifically annuities, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Series 7, 63 certifications preferred or to be attained within 120 days of hire.

• Base salary range is $70,000 to $80,000.
