In Short

• Lead a small team in raising capital for alternative investment offerings.
• Develop a comprehensive capital raising plan.
• Educate advisors on asset classes and new offerings.
• Guide marketing and research teams in creating collateral.
• Become proficient in product aspects to act as wholesaler.
• Travel regularly to attend industry conferences and meet clients.

Requirements

• 15+ years in alternative investment industry in client-facing roles.
• Willingness to work on a commissioned-based sales plan.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to professional development.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• CAIA certification within 2-3 years of hire.
