Junior Tax Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Junior Tax Analyst role involves supporting the Indirect Tax Team Lead to ensure compliance with legal tax obligations, preparing tax returns, and assisting in tax audits.

• Supporting Indirect Tax Team Lead & GPO to ensure all legal tax obligations are met.
• Preparing & reviewing tax returns and calculating tax liabilities.
• Verifying account balances through reconciliations.
• Providing support for tax audits and inquiries.
• Liaising with external providers as required.
• Performing audits on the system to ensure data integrity.
• Providing technical tax accounting support.
• Assisting with tax obligations in respective countries.
• Assisting with tax reporting reconciliations.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Knowledge of European VAT law.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to manage workload commitments effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in cross-functional groups.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Minimum of 2 years tax/accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced global organization.
