Technology and Reporting Analyst – Open Reporting - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient Technology and Reporting Analyst to support our Open Reporting program through the configuration, customization, and optimization of reporting solutions and tool configuration.

In Short

• Support and configure Open Reporting SaaS solutions.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and compliance stakeholders.
• Design and develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Conduct audits of data accuracy and completeness.
• Define KPIs and report frequency with data owners.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Open Reporting system.
• Train end users on report navigation and interpretation.
• Develop documentation including user guides.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in reporting analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data integration methods (APIs, ETL).
• Experience with confidential data handling.
• Understanding of compliance and ethics programs.
• Experience with YellowFin preferred.
