Overview

The Lead Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for fulfilling material and services demands, logistics planning, project control management, and managing assigned customer contracts.

In Short

  • Function as the primary internal contact for contract management.
  • Facilitate order management and process order intake.
  • Connect to customer portals and systems.
  • Manage billing, cash-in, and cash-out activities.
  • Pre-alert and verify contract risks and deviations.
  • Update and manage change orders.
  • Serve as key contact for customer inquiries and complaint resolution.
  • Deliver results under pressure and time constraints.
  • Coordinate efforts of multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in related industry.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
  • Practical knowledge in planning and cost control.
  • Proficiency in English and computer applications.
  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in subcontracting is a bonus.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Multi-location team coordination experience.
