Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Intern/Working Student to join our mission-driven team at hyrise, where we empower people to pursue careers they truly love.

In Short

Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest.
Generate qualified meetings for your Talent Advisor.
Collaborate with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs.
Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles.
Optimize sourcing strategies using data and AI tools.
Work remotely and gain hands-on experience in recruiting.
Fluent in English and German required.
Duration: 6 months minimum.
Mentorship from an experienced team.

Requirements

Curious, proactive, and organized.
Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Interest in HR, recruiting, or sales.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
Fluency in English and German.
