Our client operates a real-time blockchain and is seeking to hire an In-house Legal Counsel to join their team.

• Serve as the sole Legal Counsel for the business.

Requirements

• LL.B./J.D. degree from a prestigious law school.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in the blockchain/crypto industry.
• Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills.
• Proficient in managing compliance across regions.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
