Overview

As a full-time Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor at HyperionDev, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s interests by managing a diverse portfolio of legal matters.

In Short

• Oversee a diverse caseload including high-profile disputes, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters.
• Represent the Company at courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.
• Lead settlement discussions and manage pre-litigation processes.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal documents.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
• Develop and enforce internal policies and compliance standards.
• Provide legal advice to senior management on various matters.
• Deliver training on legal policies and assist in best practice development.
• Draft board resolutions and manage legal documentation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB), JD, or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 2 years PQE in an established law firm or in-house role.
• At least 1 year of direct litigation experience under English and Welsh law.
• Proven experience drafting and reviewing commercial legal documents.
• Up-to-date knowledge of High Court practice and litigation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
