Overview

The Client Service Manager will consistently provide the highest level of day-to-day client service to Personal Lines clients. This individual will help grow the assigned book and contribute to the overall growth, retention and profitability of the book and insurance department.

In Short

  • Provide prompt, accurate and thoughtful service to clients.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with carrier underwriters.
  • Quote, process changes, and pull coverage forms.
  • Review coverages and make suggestions for new coverages.
  • Round out current policies with missing lines.
  • Proactively remarket when needed.
  • Process certificates and evidences of insurance.
  • Negotiate with carriers for positive client outcomes.
  • Produce quality proposals for renewals and new business.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records for clients.
