The Experienced Virtual Timeshare Sales Executive will deliver marketing-generated sales presentations remotely, utilizing screen-sharing technology to convert prospective owners into purchasers and maintain customer relationships.

  • Work remotely from home in preferred locations AZ or NV.
  • 2+ years of timeshare sales experience preferred.
  • Real Estate Licensed or Timeshare Sales Licensed candidates are highly desired.
  • Deliver sales presentations using screen-sharing technology.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective owners.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from owners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up.
  • Prepare and close sales contracts accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Private office in the home with necessary computer equipment.
  • Proficiency in English and computer skills, especially in Microsoft programs.
  • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated.
  • Two years of face-to-face timeshare sales experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work remotely and adapt to business needs.
