Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple support channels effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and in remote teams.
  • Familiarity with support/CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
