This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a representative within a Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) network, focusing on supporting digital companies and ensuring positive user experiences.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and in remote teams.
• Familiarity with support/CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce.
