Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide support across administrative, marketing, and client management functions for an events and entertainment venue based in Australia.

In Short

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, including contact records and workflows.
  • Oversee bookings management and client communication.
  • Support marketing operations, including social media scheduling.
  • Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Work flexible hours aligned with AU business hours.
  • Engage directly with the client as an independent contractor.
  • 100% remote work from home.
  • Philippines-based candidates preferred.
