Overview

The Level 1 System Engineer role involves providing first-line technical support and resolving IT-related issues for clients. Candidates must be based in the Philippines and will work remotely for an Australian IT services provider.

Requirements

• Experience with RMM tools and system monitoring.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Knowledge of security compliance and audits.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor.
• Flexibility to align with AU business hours.
