Full Stack Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team and contribute to the build and evolution of critical internal systems, including our CRM and Billing platforms. This role requires a strong foundation in backend and frontend development, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record of delivering robust, maintainable solutions using modern web technologies and development practices.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, primarily focused on CRM and Billing systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using PHP, Laravel, and Node.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support business logic and connect with third-party services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Maintain and optimize MySQL databases.
• Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms.
• Integrate with third-party accounting platforms such as Xero.
• Write unit and integration tests in Laravel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js for server-side development.
• Deep understanding of relational databases, especially MySQL.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience integrating external APIs, especially in financial contexts.
• Understanding of key backend development principles.
• Familiarity with test-driven development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
