Overview

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a remote team supporting an Australian-based client, providing top-notch support from home.

In Short

• Work as a Customer Service Representative (Booking Officer) for an Australian client.
• Align work schedule with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
• Flexible time management as an independent contractor.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Allocate bookings to interpreters and follow up on bookings.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot common issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Meet individual KPIs related to customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Work 100% remotely from home in the Philippines.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an Aussie call centre environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with booking and scheduling systems.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to meet KPIs and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English is required.
