We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced banking environment, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new platforms.
• Ability to remain calm in high-volume situations.
